Training & Professional Development Facilitator

Job Description: The Training and Professional Development Facilitator in the Office of Workforce Innovation and External Relations will facilitate and deliver professional development courses for a multifaceted, state-wide training program. They will design and develop training by combining creativity, research, and analysis of existing materials. Additionally, they will schedule curriculum, oversee enrollment, program logistics, and manage course evaluations to assess training effectiveness. Those who enjoy working with and leading people, researching personal and professional development topics, and presenting that information to an audience may be a good fit for this role.
