Description: Learning measurement encompasses a variety of factors, from fundamental elements like the quality of design and delivery to financial cost/benefit analysis. To gain a comprehensive understanding of the key elements of learning measurement, one must begin with a robust impact process map. In this session, we will present a comprehensive impact process map designed by and for learning professionals. We will review not only basic measurement needs such as the quality of learning but also differentiate between business outcomes (e.g., sales) and talent outcomes (e.g., culture). Additionally, we will offer clear and simple methods to collect and report on these measurement items.
About the Speaker: Jeffrey Berk, COO, Performitiv Jeffrey Berk is the COO of Performitiv, a learning impact optimization technology company. As COO, Jeffrey shapes the company's strategy and manages day-to-day operations. With nearly 20 years of experience in the learning measurement field, he has co-authored two books on human capital analytics. Jeffrey also serves as an adjunct professor, teaching performance measurement and process improvement in Chicago.
